Over the 24th, 25th and 26th they visted me. First was clocked on Christmas Eve when I was coaxed
The 25th was taking my keys under false pretences of bringing my clothing to me
26th return clothing looking back at it I can only speculate that the festive season was chosen on purpose. It’s highly inappropriate to visit 3 days in a row during Christmas and Christmas Day which I didn’t really have a say in.

Stewart Marshall was supposed to investigate complaints however went well over the deadline with no new updates as of time of posting.
I reported the incident to the police upon the advice of Shelter Scotland as it was an illegal eviction.
I have an archive of emails as long as my arm, cctv footage.
Audio recordings of merging with the manager I’ve documented everything.
In going public with this information as 1: it’s in the public interest as it could happen to others int heir care and 2: out of fear of more retaliatory acts by the council staff who have done several things to me out of retaliation and keep showing up unannounced, uninvited.
I am hoping that the press will cover this story & also that a solicitor may read this to help me get justice and that the council will be held accountable. It’s bad enough that this happened to me but I am very very concerned that this will happen to other disabled or vulnerable adults or children in social services care. I can speak up hut what happens to those who can’t? If I can be bullied by social services and neglected, what happens to those who can’t fight back?
