Systemic Harassment and Neglect by South Ayrshire Council
For over a year, I have been the target of a sustained and vicious campaign of harassment, data abuse, and institutional retaliation by South Ayrshire Council. This is not a simple dispute; it is a deliberate and cruel effort to silence and punish me for daring to speak out about my treatment.
The council’s actions have escalated from the unacceptable to the outright criminal. They have repeatedly weaponised my personal data, filing false welfare reports with Police Scotland. Now, they have extended this pattern of lies to the fire department and other organisations. Each false report is an act of psychological violence, designed to harm me.
I believe Police Scotland are complicit in this corruption. Despite the criminal nature of the council’s actions—which include not only harassment but illegal eviction procedures and criminal neglect—they refuse to even record my complaints. The neglect I suffered was profound: coerced into accepting housing with promises of care, I was then abandoned and left in appalling, inhumane conditions. This is not just failure; it is intentional harm.
The corruption, goes right to the top, to the CEO of South Ayrshire Council. As punishment for filing a legitimate complaint about my neglect, they have now resorted to cutting off my access to my social worker—a lifeline for a vulnerable person. This is the act of a body that believes it is above the law.
Most evil of all, the council is fully aware that I suffer from PTSD, and they know the traumatic origins of this condition. Their campaign has deliberately subjected me to the same types of psychological torture that trigger my illness. This is not a coincidence; it is a calculated tactic to break me into silence.
The stress and anguish have destroyed my health. I have been made so ill by this persecution that I have been forced to flee my home to seek safety with a relative.
But I will not be silenced.
I will fight this to the bitter end. This fight is no longer just about me. It is about exposing a culture of corruption and evil within a public body tasked with protecting the vulnerable. If they can do this to me with impunity, they can do it to anyone. This is a matter of public interest and safety.
South Ayrshire Council’s actions are not merely administrative failures; they are acts of profound cruelty that target the most vulnerable. I will continue to fight, not just for justice for myself, but to ensure no one else is ever put at risk by this systemic malevolence.
