Today, after I shared CCTV evidence proving that South Ayrshire Council lied to my MSP about the nature of my housing placement, the council retaliated in the most cowardly and harmful way possible: they filed a false and malicious welfare report with Police Scotland.
This was not an act of care. This was an act of malice, designed to intimidate, harass, and further traumatise me. The council is fully aware that I have PTSD and am a vulnerable adult, yet they continue to abuse their authority to weaponise public services against me in the midst of a legal dispute. This is not protection—it is persecution.
Let me be absolutely clear: I am not suicidal. I am fighting for truth and accountability. If anything happens to me, do not let them label it a suicide or an accident. It will be the result of a campaign by a council trying to silence me. I am going public today out of fear for my own safety.
The council’s harassment has become unbearable. I have been forced to leave Scotland for several weeks to stay with a relative simply to escape their targeting. I fully cooperated with Police Scotland during their welfare check, and I will release the footage of that interaction once I am safely with my family.
This is not an isolated incident. It is part of a sustained harassment campaign. They have previously filed false reports with the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, and now they are using the police. They are abusing their power, exploiting my vulnerabilities, and showing a complete disregard for my wellbeing.
Because of the severe trauma inflicted by South Ayrshire Council, I am now having to pay for private therapy. The council promised me therapeutic support and then abandoned me. The psychological harm they have caused is profound and ongoing.

Over the coming days, once I am safely out of Scotland, I will be publishing more evidence of the council’s coercion, neglect, dishonesty, and systemic failures. I am doing this because I am afraid. Afraid of further retaliation. Afraid of what a council with no accountability will do next.
This is a matter of public safeguarding. If they can do this to me, they can do it to anyone. I will not be silenced. I demand justice, transparency, and an end to this abuse of power.

All of this abuse is taking place on the watch of Gary Hoey who is supposed to be investing my neglect, however I expect he was assigned to white wash this case which has now been submitted to the care inspectorate as it not only impacts me but other vulnerable adults, putting people are risk of harm.
