New footage has been released, showing police arriving at my door for a malicious welfare check. This was yet another false report—an act of criminal harassment—filed by South Ayrshire Council in retaliation after I exposed their lies with CCTV evidence.
The footage captures the moment the police arrive, explaining they received an anonymous welfare report prompting their visit. Let’s be clear: this report was fabricated. I have had no contact with the council recently regarding welfare or housing. This was done for one reason only: to silence me, intimidate me, and punish me for making their deception public.
The timing is no coincidence. This false report was made immediately after I shared footage proving senior officers lied to my MSP and Housing Advocacy charity’s about the nature of my coerced housing placement and illegal eviction. The only people in Scotland I interact with are social services—the very department now weaponizing the police against me.
This was not a legitimate concern. It was a calculated, malicious act of retaliation by council workers who are abusing their authority to harass a vulnerable, disabled adult in the midst of a legal dispute.
Worse, when I attempted to report this ongoing harassment to the police as a criminal offence—which it is under Scots law—they refused to take my statement. So while the council can waste police time with false reports that trigger my PTSD, I am denied the right to report their campaign of intimidation. This is a profound failure of justice.
The message from South Ayrshire Council is clear: if you expose our misconduct, we will use every tool at our disposal to target you, distress you, and try to break you. We will even misuse emergency services to do it.
This goes beyond incompetence. This is criminal behaviour by individuals within the council. They are not public servants; they are bullies, and they are targeting a disabled person who dared to tell the truth.
I am sharing this footage and speaking out because this must stop. No one should be subjected to state-sponsored harassment for whistleblowing.
