The head of social services basically white washed my complaint and basically victim blaming.
Housing department basically lied to me and said don’t worry you can view the property they offered it should only be 2 weeks, two weeks later I get a phone call and they haven’t even started work on the property and it sounds like it’s months away from completion so that’s month I got to struggle with no adaptions.
The only thing that comes out of the council is dishonesty, lies and deceit. They’ll happily drop several hundred thousand on public toilets that didn’t need decorating and tens thousands of pounds on electronic talking bins that nobody wanted or asked for but ask them for housing or mental health support and they give you the middle finger.
They have dig themselves in to a big hole and they ombudsman’s will hopefully do something because how they treated me, leaving me sat in my own filth and then evicted me illegally when I went to get clean at a friends house, it’s just evil, they are a evil and they have done worse things to other people also as well as me. I take comfort in knowing that I’m not alone and I’ve talked to others that I have been shit on by South Ayrshire Social Services. It goes all the way to the top, to the chief of health and social care and the CEO. They also abused my personal data and are not holding it in compliance with the law.
My fear is that the harassment will continue if I accept council housing if it ever happens. If you have seen the video they told me the only way I would get help was to go in to housing social services provided and told me I’d wait years.
The psychological harm they caused me is dire and I can’t even get mental health support as they withhold the therapy they offered as well as continue to withhold access to my social worker, as punishment which is victimisation under law. I am still of the belief that the police cover up for South Ayrshire council that they are in bed together and any crimes you report against them fall on death ears and they refuse to investigate as the police Scotland are bent
