A new breach of trust today: after a promise of no contact, council staff made indirect contact through a friend. This comes alongside three years of housing department failure and neglect of my disability needs. With promised therapy still undelivered, I am now forced to seek and fund private mental health support due to the severe distress caused by the council’s ongoing actions.
